What are some of the special cleaning methods Clean & Green is using to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

Offices need deep cleaning and disinfecting to make it safe from the spread of the coronovirus. Clean & Green has implemented special cleaning protocols, such as preventive cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing protocols, to help prevent the outbreak and spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases in your commercial space.

What should I be doing to stop the spread of COVID-19 in my workplace?

Offices and commercial buildings are prone to the spread of viruses and other infectious diseases because there are more people coming and going and interacting on a daily basis. Clean & Green offers specific COVID-19 disinfecting services, including using a virucidal.

Besides hiring a commercial cleaning service that specifically provides COVID-19 disinfecting services and cleaning protocols, make sure your employees are screened daily, use proper hand washing techniques/hand sanitizers and follow other standard operating procedures (SOPs) to stop the spread of the virus.

What type of training do Clean & Green crews have?

All Clean & Green crews come to the company with years of commercial and residential cleaning experience.  They each go through a comprehensive training program outlining company expectations, required chemicals and best practices.  However, training does not stop after the first day on the job.  Ongoing training accompanied with industry updates are always made available to all crews.

Environmentally safe, Green Seal Certified germicides, glass cleaners, and restroom cleaners, that employ no toxic acids, that clean without polluting the environment, leave no objectionable aroma, are colorless, and non-allergenic.

EPA registered disinfectants that kill most pathogens including *COVID-19, MRSA, VRE, E.Coli, Salmonella, HIV-1, Influenza, and others that cause illness and absenteeism.

HEPA four-level filtration backpack vacuums, remove   hair, pollen, dust, molds, and most bacteria particles down to 1 micron at 98.1% efficiency, and provides a cost-effective cleaning method, and a healthier environment.

Color coded microfiber cloths and mops to prevent cross contamination, remove dirt and bacteria, and increase the level of cleanliness, especially where the use of a conventional mop would only spread dirt.

Will a crew be assigned to my facility or an individual person?

Clean & Green utilizes team cleaning to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. In the team cleaning concept each member of the team has a specific duty to perform such as vacuuming, dusting, restroom care, etc. Please reference the scope of work to determine exact frequencies. In the event that a team is not required, based on the size of the facility, a crew lead shall be assigned, independently.

Will there be an inspection of the work performed?

All accounts shall be inspected at the discretion of the client. Once the account is inspected, the inspection form is submitted by the operations manager to the main office and dispersed to the appropriate crew in an effort to close the cycle of communication.

What happens if I'm not happy with the cleaning services?

If deficiencies arise in the cleaning, the client is to notify either the site supervisor or the office staff of Clean & Green of any deficiencies.  If the deficiencies require immediate action, a crew member shall be dispatched within one hour of the complaint.  If the deficiency can be corrected the next evening, the crew shall take care of said deficiency and notate their actions to the client.

What is the procedure for locking my facility after cleaning is completed?

It is required that all crews close and lock all doors as set forth in the scope of work. Clean & Green shall set all alarms appropriately before exiting the building. If there happens to be an issue with an alarm the crew shall call the emergency contact immediately.
